At Silk Road Runners, we're passionate about bringing some of China's most innovative running shoes to runners across the UK. To keep prices competitive and offer the latest models, all orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners in China.
Order Processing

Customs & Import Charges
UK customers will not be charged any additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:

Shoes must be unworn and unused.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box.

The original shoe box must be protected during return shipping and must not be used as the outer shipping box.

All tags, accessories and included items must be returned.

Products must be in a resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned parcels remain the sender's responsibility until they have been received by us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your return has been been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancellations. If you no longer require the item, it can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy after delivery.
